Maintenance Services
Your Support Contract helps ensure that your software and its users are running at the speed of your business. Our technical support personnel are at your service between 5:30 am - 10:30 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Buying maintenance (Support Contract) is optional with the initial purchase of any Synaptris product.
Customers covered by maintenance are provided direct access to tools and assistance needed to meet technical challenges, or performance / compatibility issues.
Your Maintenance Contract offers:
- Support calls via a dedicated support phone line for designated contacts
- Email support for designated contacts on maintenance issues
- Priority response to technical support inquiries by a senior technical support representative
- Direct notification of free software updates including hot fixes, service releases, and documentation updates
- Priority response to error reports
- Opportunity to participate in Beta Programs for new releases of IntelliPRINT or IntelliVIEW
- Priority consideration of product suggestions on features useful to you, while developing new versions of IntelliPRINT and IntelliVIEW
- Opportunity to be showcased as success model of IntelliPRINT or IntelliVIEW
