Installation

Our installation team is focused on installing and configuring the Kezava platform at your data center, our hosted environment or on public cloud instances such as AWS or Azure based on your needs.

Training

We have customized training programs focused on process design, report design or both. These training programs are available both on-site and over the web.

In both cases, specialist trainers adapt the courseware to address your requirements, and to provide an in-depth understanding of the capabilities and functionality of the Kezava Platform in the context of your business. The training will be structured using specific processes that you want to automate in your environment and reports you need to design to ensure that the training is productive to your organization.

Implementation

Our Process Design team works with you in both an advisory and implementation capacity to help you implement your new business processes and to migrate existing business processes from paper, Excel templates, Access Databases or legacy systems.

Our Report Creation team works with you during the implementation phase to understand your needs for contextual reports or analytics and will implement it to ensure your process also provides integrated and actionable data insights.

Our implementation team can also manage the UAT process for applications deployed on the Kezava platform and deliver production support, on an as needed basis.
