What's New in IntelliPRINT Analytics 4.0?
- Pivot Tables
- Users now have the ability to create Pivot Tables to summarize and visualize their Notes data using a simple and easy to use drag and drop interface.
- Multi-Select Filtering of Columns
- Users can filter records in a column by selecting multiple items using a check box.
- Automatic grouping of columns with date formats
- Any 'Date' column can be grouped by 'Year, Quarter, Month and Week' without the need to use Notes Formulae
- Grouping by user defined ranges for columns with numeric data
- All numeric data columns can be grouped by 'user-defined' ranges. For example, a column with sales data can be grouped as - sales <50,000, sales >50,000 & <100,000 and sales >100,000, etc.
- Drill-down capability in charts
- Users can add drill down capabilities to their charts which enable them to easily drill to the next level of detail by clicking on the chart element.
- Multiple charts and pivot tables in a single analysis report
- Users can now create multiple charts and pivot tables, presented as Tabs within a single report.
- User defined Notes Views (Smart Views) without the performance impact
- Users can create or personalize Notes Views by adding or removing fields, categorize them the way they need, add visualization in the form of charts / pivots and save them as Smart Views. There is no limit on the number of Smart Views because they do not modify existing views or create new views and hence do not impact database performance.
- User-defined display of columns
- Users can select columns they would like to see in the analysis grid or unselect columns that are already displayed
- Enhanced Charting
- The Charting capability has been completely redesigned and users now have access to a larger array of Chart choices. The Charts have also been enhanced making the reports much more visually appealing.
- Enhanced search capabilities
- Using the Quick Search Bar above each column in the analysis grid, users can rapidly isolate any information they need by specifying multiple search criteria.
- Support for full text search
- Users can search for records that match a particular search criterion using the Notes Full Text Index from right within the Report. The Report will display only the records that match the Full Text search.
- Multiple Footer Bands for groups
- Users can add multiple footer bands for each group in the analytics report. Each footer band can be used to perform different aggregate functions such as, display the count of values, display sum of values, display the greatest value, etc for each individual group.
- Additional export formats
- Users can now export their analysis reports to HTML, XML, CSV and Rich Text formats in addition to PDF and XLS formats available in v3.7
