Key Challenges – The need for partnering with Synaptris
To meet the information needs of their customers, Pixelixir developed a query builder to export Notes data to spreadsheets and rich text. However, users needed advanced data visualization, reporting and ad-hoc capabilities not available using their current method. Also, exporting data from Lotus Notes led to loss of data integrity and security.
Pixelixir partnered with Synaptris by integrating IntelliPRINT, a native plug-in solution for Notes and Domino that provides users with advanced, real-time reporting and data visualization capabilities.
With the IntelliPRINT suite, Pixelixir provided its customers with advanced, interactive and user-driven reporting and analysis capabilities.
Key Results
User productivity has increased because of on-demand and interactive information available for decision-making. Pixelixir has eliminated the manual process as well as the cost associated with exporting and reporting from Notes data. This has saved significant time and cost to Pixelixir due to the use of IntelliPRINT.
