The Challenge
Rotobrush deployed an ERP and CRM application to integrate disparate processes and create a collaborative workflow. While the ERP & CRM solutions helped Rotobrush gather data from across the enterprise and made it available centrally, Rotobrush was unable to rapidly transform this data into actionable information.
