Network Computing, one of the leading IT publications in India, declared Synaptris' IntelliVIEW implementation at the Aarogyasri Healthcare Trust in Andhra Pradesh a winner in the recently concluded EDGE survey. |
The Network Computing EDGE initiative recognizes and honors end-user companies in India that have demonstrated the best use of technology to solve a business problem, improve their business competitiveness, and deliver quantifiable ROI to stakeholders. Synaptris’ IntelliVIEW implementation was lauded for its ability to provide actionable information in real-time with estimated savings of over 60% of report development time and effort.
The Aarogyasri Health Care Trust is a unique, first-of-its-kind, initiative by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to deliver quality and cost-free healthcare to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. The scheme enables BPL families to be connected to network hospitals, primary health centers and medical camps. This project covers over 65 million BPL individuals across the State. The project has delivered healthcare to over 300,000 families and has disbursed over INR 9.5 Billion in providing this service. Over 1.8 million BPL individuals have been screened and over 942,000 cases registered for treatment through this unique scheme.
The ability to meet the diverse and real time information needs of all stakeholders through one integrated solution was critical to the success of the initiative. The implementation of Synaptris’ IntelliVIEW enabled the Aarogysri application to provide actionable information to over 500 doctors and staff from 340 network hospitals, over 1000 users from healthcare insurance providers and about 100 Government officials.
