Synaptris presents future trends in Notes & Domino Reporting at ILUG 2008

IntelliPRINT customer Orange Romania shares post implementation business efficiency gains achieved

San Jose, CA, 5 June 2008: Synaptris, the world leader in Lotus Notes & Domino reporting and analysis solutions offered the audience at ILUG a first glimpse at the future of Notes reporting during an opening day session on June 4, 2008.

Synaptris' session on Day 1 was titled 'The future of Notes & Domino Reporting - Make your Notes data rock!', and gave ILUG attendees a glimpse of two new and exciting technologies Synaptris is working on for the Lotus Notes & Domino community.

• Attendees got an exclusive preview of how Synaptris plans to help Notes developers & users bring data from other sources like Access & Excel back into Lotus Notes for reporting. This part of the session was titled "Reversing Gears" as users normally export data to Excel and Access to meet reporting requirements.
• Synaptris also unveiled plans to "turn the tables" on the usage of Office applications for visualization and presentation of data, by allowing end-users to embed Interactive Notes Report Objects in Office applications instead!

Another highlight of the session was how Orange Romania, IntelliPRINT customer, revolutionized the way they look at Notes data and achieved 80% savings in IT time, 15% reduction in overall IT overhead and RoI within 12 weeks of deployment. Please click here to view this part of the presentation.
