Announces partnership with Firstware Software Solutions

Chennai, 26 April 2007: Synaptris has announced that it has entered into a partnership with Chennai-based Firstware Software Solutions, a division of Brilliant Tutorials Pvt. Ltd., which will distribute & implement its Advanced Reporting & Analysis products in India.

Synaptris, in partnership with Firstware, will target Small & Medium enterprises running critical business applications for Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and CRM functions. Synaptris’ Advanced Reporting solutions, which seamlessly provide “on demand” analysis capability, are ideally suited for SMEs as they are available within the footprint and cost of traditional reporting, as opposed to traditional BI & analysis solutions. End users need little or no training to use the product effectively and the products are easy to deploy and administer. They deliver significant and accelerated Return on Investment (ROI), which is very critical for Small & Medium businesses.

Firstware has an established presence in the Indian SME market as a Microsoft Gold Certified Business Solutions partner for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision), an ERP solution for small and mid-size enterprises. Firstware, in working with its customers, has seen a strong need for Enterprise Reporting Solutions that can be integrated with and help maximize the benefits from ERP implementations.

As part of the partnership, Firstware will dedicate an exclusive team to provide complete sales, product evaluation and post-sales support to its customers for Synaptris’ products.
