Synaptris Inc. sets up office in UK

San Jose, 29th November 2004: With increasing customer demand and a dynamic market for its Enterprise Reporting Solutions, San Jose based Synaptris Inc, the software products company belonging to the San Jose head quartered Cybernet Software Systems (CSS) Group, has announced its expansion in Europe with the setting up of an office in the UK. Currently, Synaptris has presence in the US, Bulgaria, Singapore and India. Synaptris Decisions, the Chennai based Indian arm of Synaptris Inc, focuses on development, support and professional services for all the Product suites.

Synaptris Inc already has an established customer base in UK and Europe. The customer relationships were hitherto managed through a strong partner network in UK. The setting up of the London office will help quicken its time-to-market for Synaptris' Reporting Products.

Commenting on its expansion in Europe, Shiv Kumar, Chairman, Synaptris Inc said, "The UK is a key market for Synaptris, and the setting up of our office there coincides with the growing recognition and acceptance of our products in the region.

Ravishankar, COO Synaptris Inc added, "This will also enable closer interaction with our distributors and authorized resellers, who will benefit from our personalized orientation programs in the reporting space, and product suite specific training and support. J.Murali, will head business development for UK and European operations. A senior member of Synaptris, he brings more than 10 years of software selling experience and has been handling this region for over 2 years.
