Automated Reports introduced in InterTrac using IntelliPRINTPLUS
San Jose, CA. (June 11, 2003): ComputerWorks announced the release of its new version of InterTrac 5.2.8 with automated reports for all its modules using IntelliPRINTPLUS, the powerful reporting and printing application from Cybernet Software. It has always been obvious to that organizations that track and manage their information with InterTrac also need effective ways to extract and report on that information. And better reports lead to better analysis and forecasting. This year, Computerworks has raised the bar for office automation systems again as they introduce the new and revolutionary Automated Reports with InterTrac 5.2.8 using IntelliPRINTPLUS.
IntelliPRINTPLUS was integrated in Computerworks' InterTrac in 2001, to give users the power to extract any information and create any report from their suite of workflow applications. "What's exciting about this InterTrac rollout is that it brings together two Lotus Beacon Award winners - InterTrac and IntelliPRINTPLUS" stated Greg Rosano, ComputerWorks President and CEO, in June 2001.
InterTrac's automated reports will give system administrators the ability to set the criteria for a report, set a distribution list for the report, and schedule the report to run on a regular basis. Then, InterTrac will automatically generate the report and send it to every person on the distribution list in convenient PDF formats as frequently as they want - whether that's daily, weekly, monthly, or even hourly. In addition, InterTrac will automatically save reports to the File Room so that a copy is always available for reference.
So you can set InterTrac to generate your regional sales reports to each sales team daily. You can set marketing reports to generate trends in your demographics for a month. You can set project reports to send summaries and billable time to the project managers every week. And you can generate help desk reports every hour to keep supervisors apprised of the calls being handled by their representatives. All of these people will automatically get the reports they need, when they need them, and in a format they can use and share.
Automated reports are an enormous advancement in the information management arena, and with IntelliPRINTPLUS reports, are a powerful and handy new facet of the InterTrac system.
