Complimentary copy of IntelliPLAN for Lotus Notes now available

Cybernet Software Systems is pleased to launch IntelliPLAN - a calendaring tool which works on the Lotus Notes / Domino platform and enables users to view and print calendars and schedules in a familiar "wall planner" layout.

An almost universal aspect of most work environments is the wall planner and IntelliPLAN leverages this grid style to view, create and edit calendar entries, key dates, events and activities either for an individual or for a group of people on the Notes and Domino Platforms. The product can be installed from the Notes database and launched directly from the Notes Menu.

IntelliPLAN comes with wide range of display formats such as Calendar List, Daily Page, Daily Timeline, Monthly Calendar, Week Grids, Weekly Page and Weekly Timelines and a powerful print preview facility allowing page navigation, printing and zoom in/out.

Some of the features of IntelliPLAN include an Intuitive split screen display providing quick and easy access to calendar and schedule details, organizer, daily planner views for time-slot management and creation, facility to view to-do entries in month Gantt style and control whether to-do entries are displayed in the planner.

IntelliPLAN is a part of the IntelliPRINT group of products and IntelliPRINTPLUS the main product in this range has won the Lotus Beacon Award for the best utility tool / solution at Lotusphere 2000. Customized versions of IntelliPLAN to generate Gantt Charts and other visually appealing bar diagrams on Notes databases are also available.

A Free Personal copy of IntelliPLAN is available for download at the CSS website. Downloading this license will enable you to evaluate the product. This is a full functional copy that can be used to learn the product, develop prototypes, demos and for the developer's own personal production use. When the application gets deployed to others for commercial purposes, then individual user licenses need to be purchased.
