Challenge
CA-DOC had multiple applications to capture
data as required by the state's rules and regulations.
Usually, a staff person would spend 7 to 10 days
gathering and manipulating the data in a Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet to create reports.
Because the end-users were not IT literate and
were more comfortable using tools like Microsoft
Excel for analysis, the CA-DOC needed a solution
