Throughout your deployment, our Annual Maintenance Contracts help you ensure that your software and users are running at the speed of your business.

Maintenance is optional with the initial purchase of any Synaptris product. We highly recommend that our customers take a close look at the features and benefits of maintaining an AMC. Whether your questions relate to a technical challenge, a customized application, or performance / compatibility issues, you will have direct access to the tools and assistance that you need.

With maintenance, you'll receive a priority response to your inquiries. You'll also be eligible to get updates and patches to your version of IntelliPRINT or IntelliVIEW.  On top of that, Annual Maintenance customers gain insight into more productive and useful ways to use IntelliPRINT or IntelliVIEW through our senior technical service representatives who have experience with thousands of installations worldwide.

Annual Maintenance provides you with:

• Support calls via a dedicated support phone line for designated contacts to ensure your users are always up and running. Technical support hours are 5:30 am - 10:30 pm GMT Monday to Friday.  No more valuable time wasted waiting for quotes and approvals. Turnaround time is extremely fast
• Email support for designated contacts
• Priority response to technical support inquiries by a senior technical support representative
• Direct notification of free software updates including hot fixes, service releases, and documentation updates
• Priority response to error reports
• Option to participate in the beta test program for the next versions of IntelliPRINT or IntelliVIEW so you have a voice in product development
• Priority considerations for product suggestions to help us shape the next version of IntelliPRINT or IntelliVIEW with the features that are most useful to customers like you
