Shiv is the principal founder of the CSS Corp and brings close to 20 years of experience in managing private equity, IPOs, debt syndication and technology. Prior to starting CSS, Shiv had served for over a decade at ICICI and its joint venture with JP Morgan.

Shiv is a product visionary under whose leadership, the CSS Corp has grown from just 4 employees in 1996 to its current strength of over 5000 employees and proved itself in raising capital, innovation and marketing successful products.

Madan has extensive experience in the software industry and has been involved with a broad spectrum of software products. Prior to joining Synaptris, he was the Co-founder and CEO of Sasken Network Systems. Before Sasken, he managed the software product business at Lucent Technologies as Vice President and General Manager. His work experience includes stints at companies like Ascend Communications, Stonybrook Software, MicroLand and Wipro GE.

Madan is a computer engineer from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy with a postgraduation in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Param manages the Product Engineering and Product Support Divisions at Synaptris. He was a Co-founder and Director of e-Brahma Technologies prior to his current role. Before e-Brahma, he had a long stint at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) spanning several large projects. He has also worked as a faculty member at the Regional Engineering College, Trichy before joining TCS.

Param is an electronics engineer with a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Trichy. He has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry.

Mani P. Sam has been with CSS Corp for over 7 years. He has more than 24 years of multi-functional experience and has managed independent divisions or businesses for more than 12 years.

Prior to joining CSS Corp, Sam served in leading roles in Sales & Marketing, New Project Management, HR & Finance. His experience includes stints with Tata Telecom Ltd, FACIT Asia Ltd, The Murugappa Group, Crompton Greaves Ltd and TVS Electronics Ltd. Sam is a management post graduate from IIM (Calcutta) with a B.E. from the National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal.

Bala manages sales for the Americas. Prior to joining Synaptris, he was the Regional Head (Services Sales) for CSS Europe. Before CSS he worked with IT majors such as iLabs, Sify, Pentasoft and Pertech Computers Ltd.

Bala, an engineer and MBA has over 14 years of Sales, Marketing and Business Development experience in the IT industry.
