Madan S. Kumar - Chief Executive Officer

Madan has extensive experience in the software industry and has been involved with a broad spectrum of software products. Prior to joining Synaptris, he was the Co-founder and CEO of Sasken Network Systems. Before Sasken, he managed the software product business at Lucent Technologies as Vice President and General Manager. His work experience includes stints at companies like Ascend Communications, Stonybrook Software, MicroLand and Wipro GE. Madan is a computer engineer from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy with a postgraduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Paramasivam Venkataramasamy - Chief Technology Officer

Param heads Product Engineering and Support. He was a Co-founder and Director of e-Brahma Technologies prior to his current role. Before e-Brahma, he had a long stint at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) spanning several large projects. He has also worked as a faculty member at the Regional Engineering College (now National Institute of Technology), Trichy before joining TCS. Param is an electronics engineer with a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Trichy. He has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry.

Rameshbabu Kandaswami - Vice President, Sales

Ramesh is responsible for global sales and channels at Synaptris. He has close to two decades of varied experience in Sales & Relationship Management. Prior to joining Synaptris, Ramesh managed the Collaborative Business division in CSS Corp. Earlier, he co-founded SurfIndia, one of India's earliest Web Development companies. He has also been part of the Visiting Faculty at leading management institutes like IFMR, teaching courses on "technology adoption by businesses" and holds provisional patents in the areas of E-learning and Web User Experience. Ramesh is an Electronics Engineer from PSG Tech, Coimbatore and a post graduate in Management from BIM (Bharathidasan Institute of Management), Trichy.

Ravin Carr - Director, Marketing

Ravin is responsible for global marketing and demand generation at Synaptris. He has over 14 years of experience managing marketing strategy and operations across multiple business domains, including 10 years in technology products and services. Prior to joining Synaptris, he was the head of marketing for the Product Lifecycle Services SBU at CSS Corp. Ravin's experience also includes financial services, telecom services and healthcare equipment. Ravin is a post graduate in Management from the Regional Engineering College (now National Institute of Technology), Trichy and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Madras Christian College, Chennai.
