Knowledge sharing sessions
Each employee, in the Synaptris work environment, gains good expertise in his sphere of specialization/activities. He is encouraged and facilitated to share such expertise among his peers and other staff of the company. These programs are conceived, well rehearsed and conducted by Synaptris staffs. Outside professional assistance is also borrowed, to project a professional performance. Functioning of the Management is based on what it sees from its perspective. But what is your point of view? This, you can express in these Open-house sessions. The Management wants to know you better through these sessions. The opinions that you express here are taken in the right spirit, and fittingly acted upon. The sessions are presided over by the CEO, supported by the top officials of the company. These sessions are held for the whole of Synaptris, once every quarter. These activities tune your environment more to your liking - as much as is possible!
These sessions are topped by the distribution of "Best Employee Awards" that every staff eagerly looks forward to. Performance of each staff and team are tracked and kept on record. Their performances are evaluated in detail, and awards are given to the best performers in each specialization. This is done in appreciation of their contributions that they have made painstakingly, playing hard and smart. |
