Thomas C K

Thomas serves on the board of Synaptris and CSS Corp. Thomas co-founded CSS in 1996 and was instrumental in building the technology base for its various Centers of Excellence. He conceived and developed IntelliPRINT Reporting, the very first product offering from Synaptris which is currently the market leader for Reporting from Lotus Notes applications. He also created other pioneering and award winning products in the areas of Instant Messaging, On-line Auctions and Knowledge based Systems. Prior to CSS, he worked at Digital Equipment Corporation and the Press Trust of India. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from CET, Kerala and a Master's in Technology Management from George Mason University, Virginia. In addition to serving on the boards of CSS and Synaptris, he is actively involved in multiple entrepreneurial ventures.

Madan S. Kumar

Madan has extensive experience in the software industry and has been involved with a broad spectrum of software products. Prior to joining Synaptris, he was the Co-founder and CEO of Sasken Network Systems. Before Sasken, he managed the software product business at Lucent Technologies as Vice President and General Manager. His work experience includes stints at companies like Ascend Communications, Stonybrook Software, MicroLand and Wipro GE. Madan is a computer engineer from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy with a postgraduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Jeff Lechleiter

Jeff is a seasoned enterprise software executive who has been in leadership roles managing sales, channel, marketing and operations for a wide variety of Enterprise software offerings. Prior to joining Synaptris, Jeff worked at IBM for 26 years where he was most recently Vice President of Global SMB Software and managed a multi-billion dollar revenue stream and a global sales force. During his tenure he consistently exceeded revenue targets every quarter in addition to achieving double-digit growth across all segments. Jeff also held various strategic roles throughout his tenure at IBM, including Vice President of Lotus Sales (Americas), Vice President of Channels and SMB Software Sales (Americas), Vice President of WebSphere Sales (Americas) and Director of Software Telesales (Americas). He also led the worldwide transition team to integrate IBM's $2.1 billion acquisition of Rational comprising over 3,500 employees. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.

Paramasivam Venkataramasamy

Param heads Product Engineering and Support. He was a Co-founder and Director of e-Brahma Technologies prior to his current role. Before e-Brahma, he had a long stint at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) spanning several large projects. He has also worked as a faculty member at the Regional Engineering College (now National Institute of Technology), Trichy before joining TCS. Param is an electronics engineer with a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Trichy. He has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry.
